Student, softball player, artist, Kathak dancer, piano learner, squishy collector.. and the very curious founder of Lilac Lush.
Somewhere in between this and everything else I love, an idea started growing.
Like many kids my age, I loved walking through the beauty aisles in stores. But instead of simply picking up the prettiest products, my mom taught me to ask a different question:
"What are we really putting on our skin?"
She introduced me to simple self-care traditions she had grown up with, many of them inspired by Ayurveda and lovingly passed down through generations in my family.
From Curiosity to Creation
Lilac Lush began with curiosity—reading, researching, experimenting, and asking every question I could think of. Lilac Lush grew from that spark into a place where simple, gentle, everyday care feels easy to use and thoughtful to choose.
Balancing school, sports, art, and everything else that comes with growing up means it’s easy to rush through the day without taking a moment for yourself. I created Lilac Lush for busy, growing kids like me—a small reminder to slow down, breathe, and choose gentle, everyday care.
Making the products took much more. I spent months studying ingredients and testing different combinations. Some worked beautifully; others definitely didn’t. So I kept adjusting, trying again, and learning from every batch until each product looked, felt, and worked the way I imagined.
Then came my favorite part: sharing them with my friends. Their feedback helped me keep improving.
By the time a Lilac Lush product is ready, it has been researched, tested, tweaked, and tried again—carefully shaped through curiosity, patience, and a lot of learning.
